D — I want to name what went wrong rather than talk around it: the quote felt like more than it should have and you did not feel we were straight with you. The three-hour wait was ours to prevent. Call the shop and we will re-quote it in writing, itemised, with photos of the parts. We are not going to ask you to change your review. We would rather earn the next one.
