Terms of Service

Effective September 29, 2026. Plain English, because nobody reads the other kind.

What the service is

Starclerk writes replies to your Google reviews in your shop’s voice, within about 24 hours of the review appearing (faster when we can). We also flag anything ugly so you hear it from us first, and send a short Friday note about what came in.

What it costs

Your first 10 replies are free, so you can see the work before you pay anything. After that: $149 per month, per location. Extra locations $99 each per month. Month to month. Cancel any time — email [email protected] and we stop. No contract, no cancellation fee.

What we promise

• Every reply is written for your shop, not pasted from a template farm.
• You approve what gets posted. We do not post to your Google listing without your say-so.
• If a reply is wrong for your voice, we rewrite it.

What we do NOT promise

• We do not guarantee rankings, stars, review scores, or a number of leads or customers. Anyone who guarantees those is selling something else.
• We cannot remove or edit customers’ reviews — nobody outside Google can.
• We are not Google. We are a small desk that answers reviews well.

Your side

Give us access or the listing link, and a sentence or two about how you talk to customers. Reviews and listing content stay yours. Your drafts are yours to keep and use, even if you leave.

Messages

Texts and emails are how we work (we answer in minutes, not days). Reply STOP to (623) 323-6255 to opt out of texts at any time, HELP for help. We never cold-text anyone.

Liability, simply

We do the work carefully and fix mistakes. Beyond that, our liability is limited to what you paid us for the month in question. If something goes wrong, talk to us first — we are reasonable people.
