Effective September 29, 2026. This page says plainly what Starclerk does with your information. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected] and we will answer in plain English.

What we collect

• What you send us: your name, shop name, email, phone number, Google listing link, and anything you tell us about how you want your review replies to sound.
• Your Google reviews and any existing replies, so we can write in your voice.
• Messages you text or email us, kept in our conversation log so nothing gets dropped.
• Basic site analytics (pages visited, roughly where visits come from). No ad tracking, no data brokers.

What we do with it

• Write your review replies and the notes that come with them.
• Talk to you about your account — samples, billing, questions.
• Improve the service (which replies land well, what shops ask for).

What we never do

• We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
• We never post to your Google listing without your say-so. You approve what goes out.
• We never text you marketing you didn’t ask for.

Text messages

If you text us first or ask for texts by email, we reply by text. Reply STOP to (623) 323-6255 at any time to opt out — the system honors it automatically. Reply HELP for help.

Your choices

Ask us what we have on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: email [email protected] and we will do it.
