Privacy Policy

Effective September 29, 2026. This page says plainly what Starclerk does with your information. If anything here is unclear, email jason@getstarclerk.com and we will answer in plain English.

What we collect

• What you send us: your name, shop name, email, phone number, Google listing link, and anything you tell us about how you want your review replies to sound.
• Your Google reviews and any existing replies, so we can write in your voice.
• Messages you text or email us, kept in our conversation log so nothing gets dropped.
• Basic site analytics (pages visited, roughly where visits come from). No ad tracking, no data brokers.

What we do with it

• Write your review replies and the notes that come with them.
• Talk to you about your account — samples, billing, questions.
• Improve the service (which replies land well, what shops ask for).

Analytics

• Microsoft Clarity shows us which pages get used (clicks, scrolls, and session recordings). Clarity sets its own cookies. We do not sell that data and we do not use it to advertise to you. Microsoft's privacy policy.

What we never do

• We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
• We never post to your Google listing without your say-so. You approve what goes out.
• We never text you marketing you didn’t ask for.
• We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messages (SMS)

We text you only if you text us first at (623) 323-6255 or ask for texts in an email — that is your direct consent, and only for the conversation you started. Message frequency varies; typically a few reply messages per conversation. Message and data rates may apply.

We use your mobile number and your consent only to send those replies: answering your questions about the service, your samples, and your account. Reply STOP to (623) 323-6255 at any time to opt out — the system honors it automatically. Reply START to opt back in, HELP for help.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your choices

Ask us what we have on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: email jason@getstarclerk.com and we will do it.
